Pleasant experience there. Amicable staff, great breakfast, absolutely perfect location really close to a quiet square, the old town, and all the attractions. Amazing bed, best bathroom and a minibar, a flat-screen TV with cable channels and an individual safe in the room. A view of garden from my window.

The mood, kind of kitsch but very cosy, the location of the hotel, right in the center. The shower, which was really warm and not the electric ones you find all over Colombia. The place is pretty and quiet, it is a very nice time away from Bogotá.
For the price of the room, the staff was not helpful: I had to ask for every single thing. Nobody ever mentioned the pool or the possibility of massages. The description of the hotel/room is not the most accurate: we were not welcomed with complimentary cocktails, there were no private balcony, safe or mini-bar in the room. In the end, I do not regret staying there, but still feel that the hotel is too expensive for what it had to offer.

The room was well decorated and unique with a fireplace, shower, and balcony. The setting was marvelous, right by all the attractions and the center of the town. I was happy to find Comida Coreana within walking distance from the hotel, serving delicious food.

I travelled with my daughter. The hotel is typically Colombian, which is what we wanted in this typicaly Colombian town. It is old fashioned" although that adds to it's charm. There are a variety of different rooms/function rooms which we felt wouldn't be out of place in a game of Cluedo but this doesn't detract from the hotel at all. The location is excellent, 5 minutes walk from bus station and right in the heart of the town. The bedroom we stayed in was lovely -spotlessly clean with the most beautiful bedding- and the best shower of all the hotels we stayed in in Colombia.
Breakfast was very poor- we opted for the continental breakfast and were given a small basket of toated bread- no variety at all.

Outstanding restoration of 300 yr old home, with highly tasteful design: unique when compared to the local alternatives. Best breakfast in all of the 3 Hotels we stayed in in Colombia ( both of the others cost more) , and gracious, patient helpful staff.

The hotel is located in the centre of town, making it convenient for walking tours of the area. the rooms offer comfort and the bathrooms are clean and well-maintained. the service provided by the staff is excellent, ensuring a pleasant stay. the morning breakfast buffet is a highlight, filling the room with a mouthwatering aroma. the hotel also boasts beautiful views and facilities such as a pool and jacuzzi.
Some of the furniture in the hotel is old and broken, which detracts from the overall ambiance.

This place is a great mix of old-fashioned charm and modern amenities, located in a peaceful area not far from the town center. It's close to a quiet square where you can find all the attractions, as well as plenty of food and drink options. Plus, it's conveniently situated near the Real Fabrica de Licores 🥂.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were attentive and never needed to be asked twice. The attention to detail made my stay very enjoyable. The atmosphere of the hotel was delightful, especially during the pre-Christmas holiday season. The location was perfect, being close to the center of the town and next to the best restaurant in town. The breakfast provided was great, and the hotel followed all safety protocols to ensure everyone's well-being.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
